Job Requirements:
Experience in the following :Burglar Alarm-Security & Fire systems-Surveillance/Camera systems CCTV-Access Control systems.
FASA/BASA Certification.
Qualified candidates will have 3+ years of experience doing RESIDENTIAL/COMMERCIAL
Access Control systems & Security Alarm installations.
Experience and knowledge of specific systems (DMP,Ademco, Honeywell, GE, Vista, DSC, etc.) is required.
Technicians will be responsible for full installations and programming.

Job Overview: We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Office Assistant to support our residential and commercial services team. The ideal candidate will assist with administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
Pulling permits for residential and commercial installations
Answering customer phone calls and addressing inquiries
Applying payments and managing billing processes
Invoicing services and maintaining accurate financial records
Assisting with scheduling and coordination of installation and service appointments
Maintaining and organizing office files and documents
Providing general administrative support to the team
Job Requirements:
Proven experience as an office assistant or in another relevant administrative role
Familiarity with office procedures and basic accounting principles
Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, in particular)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
High school diploma; additional qualifications as an office assistant or secretary will be a plus
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with permit applications and customer service in a technical service industry
Knowledge of billing and invoicing software
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
